Ok, categories are starting to run rampant, so can we take a minute to get them organized?


Places Pertinant to Exploration

  • Regions: large explorable areas beyond the wall within Laurasia
  • Landmarks: smaller locations of note, found within Regions
  • Willowdale: any person or place within the base town of Willowdale
  • Geography: any continent or huge geographical area that concievably holds regions
  • Civilization: any place or cultural detail that currently exists within the Laurasian Wall

Landmark-specific Categories

  • Region*: each landmark is to be categorized with the region that it exists within
  • Shrines: the 'shrine' landmarks contain alters that Pathfinders can be blessed from, should they make an offering

People, Animals and other Living Things

  • PCs: any character that was at one time controlled by a player
  • NPCs: any character that was at one time controlled by the DM
  • Hireling: any NPC that will accompany the Pathfinders outside of Willowdale to assist them in the field
  • Willowdale: any person or place within the base town of Willowdale
  • Retired: any character that was at one time controlled by a player, and is officially no longer being used (as stated by the player)
  • Monster: individuals or groups of beings that live beyond the wall, are not human or very human-like, and may or may not be hostile
  • Villain: any unique individual who was openly hostile to the Pathfinders
  • Companion: any animal that is bonded to a Pathfinder (familiars, animal companions, etc.)
  • Pets: any animal owned by a Pathfinder that is NOT bonded to them (riding horses, etc)
  • Horse: any horse, or similar equine riding animal

Setting Details

  • Deity: any god or similar divine being created by the DM
  • History: any PAST person, event or civilization that has contextual value to the setting, but is NOT directly related to the present Pathfinders and their discoveries. This also includes large areas with significant backstory, such as the continents.
  • Civilization: any place or cultural detail that currently exists within the Laurasian Wall

Other

  • Loot: any valuable or useful item owned by one or more of the Pathfinders
  • Humour: pages reserved for jokes, either in- or out-of-character
